Hello and thanks for taking a look at my blog – created as place to share my variegated interests and connect with fellow travelers.

I began my journey as a programmer at an early age with the lofty goal of creating my own video game; these days I lead engineering for a multinational design and manufacturing company in Texas. It's a great feeling to help customers bring their ideas to life and succeed – most likely you have products in your home or office that we've built.

Over the years I've expanded my interests beyond software to include micro farming, machining, electronics, and many related activities. Similar to learning math concepts prior to picking up a calculator, my approach is focus on fundamentals and incorporate technology as I progress in knowledge and skill; curating a set of techniques that are my own.
